Radish Fire Balls Recipe

Flavors that explode in your mouth!


  • 6 large radishes, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbed
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh herbs  (cilantro, parsley and fennel)
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon zest
  • 2 Tablespoon jalapeños, minced & seeded
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds


  1. Slice radishes into ¼ inch rounds.
  2. Spread out onto a serving dish and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and feta cheese.
  4. Add a dollop of the cheese mixture to each radish.
  5. Sprinkle fresh herbs, lemon zest, jalapeños, and almonds.
  6. Enjoy!
