- 1 large cucumber
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 5 OZ (142g) can of tuna, well drained
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Grated zest of ½ lemon
- Fresh dill (as garnish)
- Slice cucumber into 3/8” rounds.
- Mix tuna, mayo, onion, chives and paprika in a bowl.
- Spoon tuna mixture onto cucumber rounds and sprinkle with paprika and lemon zest.
- Garnish with fresh dill.
